These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between mpoid ("Platform", "we", "mpoid") and you as the user ("Member", "Player", "you") governing the use of the website, application, and all services provided under the mpoid.win domain. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between both parties.

Mpoid reserves the right to change, add to, or amend any part of these Terms at any time with reasonable notice. Notification of changes will be sent via registered email or through in-platform notifications at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in circumstances requiring immediate changes for security or legal compliance reasons.

Continued use of the mpoid platform following any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and contact the mpoid support team to arrange an orderly account closure.

• These Terms govern all activities on the mpoid platform, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, esports, and all other games.
• The official language of these Terms is Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of any conflict between translated versions, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.
• These Terms should be read alongside mpoid's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which together form the complete agreement between you and mpoid.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

To register and use the mpoid platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• Account Control: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account. Keeping your password confidential is your sole responsibility.

Mpoid reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account suspected of breaching these eligibility conditions or displaying suspicious activity without prior notice. In such cases, any legitimate account balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation.

Mpoid supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for players' convenience. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Transactions in any other currency will not be accepted.

• Postponed or Cancelled Matches: If a match is postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, the bet will be declared void and the wager refunded in full.

• Parlay & Accumulator: All selections in a parlay must win for the bet to be graded as a winner. If any selection in a parlay is voided, the odds for that selection are reduced to 1.00 for payout calculation purposes.
• Asian Handicap: In the event of a push (where the result lands exactly on the handicap line), the wager is refunded to the player in full with no loss incurred.

• Account Sharing: Allowing others to use your account, or using an account that belongs to someone else. Each account is for the exclusive use of the registered player only.
• False Information: Providing inaccurate, false, or misleading personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Bet Adjustment: Colluding with other players to coordinate opposing bets (arbing) in order to guarantee risk-free winnings by exploiting the system.
